Send an enquiry through the website, email or WhatsApp. Tell us what brings you to Sri Lanka and what you hope to experience.
First Response & Consultation
Gerard acknowledges your message and aims to send a first itinerary draft with an initial quotation within 2 working days. A convenient time is then arranged to talk through the draft and understand your expectations more clearly.
Shape & Refine Your Journey
Gerard updates the route, timing and quotation based on your conversation and sends a revised version for review. You can request changes until the plan feels sensible and right for you.
Reserve Your Dates
Once the itinerary is agreed, a 10% advance reserves your dates in Gerard’s calendar. An invoice is provided, and your confirmed tour dates are secured.
Stay Flexible
Reasonable amendments can still be made as your journey develops. The original 10% advance remains credited even if the final tour value changes.
Arrive & Begin
Gerard meets you at Bandaranaike International Airport or the agreed location. Your itinerary is never set in stone. If plans, interests, or circumstances change, Gerard will help adapt the journey along the way. 40% is paid midway through the tour and the remaining 50% at the end.
